Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective, damaged or your order has a problem, contact us immediately once your package arrives. We’ll make sure your order is corrected and damaged items are replaced. Remember, all claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of your shipment and all returns require an RMA number from us before it will be accepted.
