Captain Charlie’s™ Anchor Line and Chain from Boaters Catalog is custom fabricated to meet your
specific needs. We can custom cut any length of line or line and chain combination that you want in any sizes that you need.
The combinations that you see here are the most popular lengths and sizes that are appropriate for many electric windlasses. Please remember that not all windlasses use the same size and type of line or the same chain. Most will only pull the type of rode they are designed for. The 8 Brait line is compatible with both Lewmar and Powerwinch and will take up much less room in your anchor locker.

Description
Anchor Line and Chain
A special tapered splice connects our chain and line. Our ‘sets’ and custom orders alike are hand spliced in order to flow properly around your windlass, no matter what brand it is. All our rodes use ACCO® Hi-test hot dipped chain. Our 3 strand nylon lines are manufactured by New England Rope and our 8 brait lines are by Yale Cordage.
All our anchor rodes are custom cut and spliced upon order and are non-refundable. Be sure to tell us what brand, make, and model of windlass and the gypsy wheel number that you have.
Horizon/Sprint 400,500,600 Series uses: Hi Test G4 1/4″ chain and 1/2″ 3-strand twisted nylon rope or 1/2″ 8 Brait line.
Nylon Brait™ is an 8-strand nylon rope created through braid technology that yields a product with a firm strand formation yet full stowage flexibility. The unique construction offers maximum strength and energy absorption, and working windlass grip-hold.

These high quality fiberglass tanks are gel coated inside and out with a white finish outside and a blue finish 
inside to help keep the bait calm. The Standard tanks have a white lid for easy dipping of bait.
All our wells have no holes for water in or out so they can be custom installed on your boat with the plumbing at the correct height. They do include a drain at the bottom of the tank.
Our Heavy Water tanks are built with additional lay-ups of fiberglass and have a square clear top with stainless steel hardware.

Our top quality fiberglass Bow Pulpit 45 Inch with hole from Boaters Catalog is built to exacting specifications and will fit almost all bow configurations.
The skirt all the way around the bottom of the pulpit can be cut to match the toe rail or angle of the deck on your boat in order to make a seamless appearing installation.
- This product has a built in non-skid surface.
- It keeps the anchor away from the deck of boat and the section that is narrow, where the shank of the anchor goes, is 4 3/4"L x 3"W.
- The front bow opening is 4 1/8" and back of opening is 5 1/4"W x 8 1/2"L.

We have access to parts for Lewmar, Horizon, Sprint, Simpson Lawrence, James Neilssen, Maxwell, and Quick. Many of the older uiits have no parts available but we won't know until we check with our US supplier. Some are available from Scotland, but they are more expensive and take a longer time to acquire.
