Our 15 Inch Pull Up Cleat from Boaters Catalog is THE LARGEST FLUSH-MOUNTED CLEAT AVAILABLE! Its the perfect cleat to keep the gunwale and bow of your vessel clean and sleek looking at the same time avoiding a trip hazard.

FEATURES:

The largest flush-mounted cleat available!
Made of marine grade 316 stainless steel.
Available in both stud mount and through-bolt versions.
Stud length is 4" on part # 115-15-S.
Each cleat is supplied with a waterproofing cup(shown).

INSTALLATION

Each cleat is shipped with a backing plate which also serves as the cut-out template.
Fasten with four 3/8" diameter screws (not included),weight = 16 pounds each.

Available with visible screw holes as PN 115-15 (load of 61,000 pounds), or with studs on the underside of base as PN 115-15-S (load of 31,000 pounds).

Shipping weight 19#

Proper maintenance consists of rinsing with fresh water regularly, and following each exposure to salt water. Stainless steel surfaces should be periodically wiped with a clean, soft cloth. Plastic surfaces may be cleaned with a mild, non-abrasive detergent solution, then rinsed with fresh water as necessary.

Many of the older uiits have no parts available but we won't know until we check with our US supplier. Some are available from Scotland, but they are more expensive and take a longer time to acquire.

The combinations that you see here are the most popular lengths and sizes that are appropriate for many electric windlasses. Please remember that not all windlasses use the same size and type of line or the same chain. Most will only pull the type of rode they are designed for. The 8 Brait line is compatible with both Lewmar and Powerwinch and will take up much less room in your anchor locker.
