The CMC Static Jack Plate 5 inch vertical outboard motor extension allows the motor to be mounted 5 inches higher than the
standard mounting height on the transom.
It is a must for easy conversion from prop drive to jet drive.
Another application includes mounting the 5 inch vertical extension on a hydraulic jack plate to raise the motor higher on shallow running boats that are equipped with tunnel extensions.
Constructed of Extruded 6061-T6 Aluminum alloy. (#50012) They are 5” wide and 20-1/2” long. It is rated for 300 HP and smaller motors.

CMC Hydraulic Jack Plate
This dependable, self contained, and water proof CMC Hydraulic Jack Plate from Boaters Catalog has a maximum lifting capacity of 7,853 pounds of thrust. You will have no problem lifting even a V-6 300 hp max. motor at full throttle. The hydraulic actuator is mounted inside the structure of the Power-Lift, yet it is fully accessible without removing the engine. There are no hoses to contain, nor will you have to contend with mounting a pump and reservoir inside your boat, as is the need with other transom jacks.

The CMC Static Jack Plate 5 inch vertical outboard motor extension allows the motor to be mounted 5 inches higher than the standard mounting height on the transom. This vertical motor extension is a must for converting from jet drive to outboard. If you boat in shallow waters only this unit can save your skeg and prop from damage by raising it higher than normal mounting height.

Proper maintenance consists of rinsing with fresh water regularly, and following each exposure to salt water. Stainless steel surfaces should be periodically wiped with a clean, soft cloth. Plastic surfaces may be cleaned with a mild, non-abrasive detergent solution, then rinsed with fresh water as necessary.
